Set up low balance alert

To help maintain the balance of your Cobee account, you can set up an alert

Personalised alert by amount

State the exact amount, so that we can send you an email when your balance drops below this amount.

To set this up:

1. Access via the Set-up alert button.
2. State the amount that, when reached, you would like us to send you the alert.
3. Click on the Save button.

Set up emails

State to which email address you would like the low balance alert to be sent. You can add more than one address by clicking on the Add new email button. If you do not wish to receive the alerts for any of your email addresses, click on the button 🗑️.
