To be able to edit information on a mass scale for employees:
1. You must access the ‘Employees’ section, select the box on the line below to select all employees on that page.
2. Subsequently, you must select the option to select the ‘xx employees in total’.
3. Then you must select the bulk edit option.
4. Download the document that opens at that moment and then modify the data in the same file, remember not to remove or modify the columns of the file, otherwise the system will not allow you to perform the bulk edit.
In order to view the downloaded file correctly in Excel, once you open it to sort it by columns, click on cell A - go to Data - text in columns - delimited - click on tab - click on comma - and you will be able to view it sorted in columns.
The data that can be modified by means of a file are
- First name
- Surname
- E-mail address
- DNI
- Date of birth
- Gross annual salary (important to enter without punctuation marks or symbols)
- Working day (must be added as a percentage)
- Number of payments (12 or 14)
- Internal ID
- Cost centre
- Company name
- Date of recruitment
On the page that remains open on the platform, upload the document.
Finally, the data will be updated automatically on the platform. Employees who have not had any changes in the document will not be modified.
