The balance available in your Cobee account is the amount you can currently make use of. For this, we take into account various factors, such as: transactions pending processing: amounts withheld and authorisations.
You can also see the pending use for the next 10 days, their amount and the estimated charge date of the following items:
- Employees’ use: employees using their wallet and/or salary sacrifice via payment with the Cobee card. Use relating to payments for meals, transport and nursery benefits via card are not included in this item.
- Balance payments and roll-overs: this is the total amount of balance payments as company benefits, directly to employees cards to be spent on meals, transport or nursery. When employees are allowed to roll over unused meals and/or transport benefit payments to the Cobee card, this
amount will also be taken into account.
- Nursery payments: these are regular payments for the nursery benefit.
- Cobee Fee: total fees per employee with an active account (excluding card issue or duplicate fees).
You need to have funds in your Cobee account in order to pay for the various items.
When an employee spends or makes a new charge to their account and there are insufficient
funds the charge will be denied.
