To add Payroll Companies, go to the "Settings" section within your account. There you'll find a table that allows you to view and manage your Payroll Companies.
Use payroll companies to divide your workforce among the different entities, offices, or subsidiaries of your company (even branches). Typical examples could be: Company Spain, Logistics Branch, or Gran Vía Store.
When you click on the "Add Payroll Company" button, a modal window will open, allowing you to create a new one.
To add a payroll company, you'll need to enter:
- Name: It's advisable to use longer names with more than 3 letters so that you can generate different unique combinations. We also recommend using company names rather than unique keys or identifiers because it's easier to manage.
- Alias: It's advisable to use a short name that you can easily remember. This name will help you with bulk uploads.
Once you add them, you can view them in the table, where you can edit and delete them at any time.
After this, all that's left is for you to add your employees to the different Payroll Companies through each employee's editing form.
