Sometimes, it is necessary to delete Payroll Companies, especially when duplicates have been created. Let's take an example where we need to delete multiple Payroll Companies because duplicates have been created.
If you look at the example, there are 3 Payroll Companies with different names (Logistics Branch, Logistics, and Warehouse). Let's imagine we want to delete all of them except the one named "Logistics Branch," which has the correct name.
To do this, go to the three-dot menu on each row and select the delete option.
When you click delete, a modal will appear indicating the number of employees associated with your Payroll Company.
In cases where your Payroll Company has associated employees, you can reassign them to another one to avoid changing the assignment one by one. If you leave the reassignment field empty, the employees will be left without a Payroll Company.
Once all employees are deleted and reassigned, you will have a single Payroll Company, in this case, "Logistics Branch," which will allow you to continue working in a more organized manner.
