This feature allows your employees to automatically enroll in Health Insurance once they are registered with Cobee.
To use this feature, the employee must have only one available plan in the employee group and be 100% subsidised. This is because the insurance will be automatically requested for the employee upon completing their invitation.
Additionally, all necessary employee information must be completed at the time of registration. These are:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number*
- Identity document
- Date of birth*
- Nationality*
- Gender*
- Address*
- Account number*
- Hire date
- Tax regime
- Annual gross salary
*Specifically required for automatic enrollment.
Please note that automatic health insurance enrollment only activates during the employee registration process. If any data is missing at that time, the automatic health insurance enrollment will not be carried out. In case of subsequent edits after registration (for example, completing the required data for automatic enrollment), it will not be carried out. In this case, the employee will need to request health insurance on their own.
Automatic enrollment only applies to the employee. This means you can adjust the subsidy percentage for family members without affecting the feature, as long as the employee remains 100% subsidised. The employee themselves will register their family members and request a plan for them if the company has enabled this option.
