Scheduled Individual Adjustments
With this feature, you can customize the amounts assigned to employees within a package.
How does it work?
- Global amount: This is the default amount that all employees without an individually scheduled amount will receive when the package is first delivered and, if applicable, upon renewal.
- Schedule individual adjustments: You can modify the limits for specific employees individually.
Steps to schedule a change in the global amount:
- Click on the package options and select "Schedule amounts."
- Change the package amount.
Steps to schedule individual amounts:
- Click on the package options and select "Schedule amounts."
- Choose "Customize amounts per employee."
- Download an Excel file with the current employee limits.
- Modify only the values you want to change and remove employees whose limits will remain the same.
- Re-upload the file to apply the changes.
Important considerations:
- Changes will take effect in the next package renewal.
- You can choose whether individual adjustments should be permanent or apply only for the next renewal.
- You can always modify the amounts again in the future.
Removing Scheduled Changes
If you have made and scheduled changes but need to remove them, you can do so at any time. This allows you to maintain full control over the settings and adjust benefit allocations as needed.
