To upload your employees you must fill in some mandatory information for the correct functioning of the platform and other information, which being optional, can help you to cross-reference your internal systems.
- First name (*required): you must enter the employee's full name.
- Surname (*required): you must enter all the employee's surnames. Remember that depending on the nationality you must include one or two surnames.
- E-mail (*required): you must enter the employee's e-mail address where you want Cobee communications to reach the employee.
- Identity document (*required): you must enter the complete identity document number with its corresponding letter or verification digit. This field does not accept hyphens or spaces.
- Gross annual salary (*mandatory): you must include the corresponding amount for the employee. You must not include full stops or commas in each amount or decimals.
If an employee has a variable part of their remuneration (bonuses, commissions, etc.), it is up to you whether this is included in the platform. The calculation of consumption limits in the different benefits depends on this field. Therefore, we recommend taking the variable part into account if the percentage of the total salary is high. To do this, you can average the variable part of the previous year's salary. - Tax region (*required): you must indicate the tax region where the employee is taxed most of the year.
- Internal ID (optional): this is the internal ID of your employee management platform. By filling in this field, you will be able to cross-reference Cobee's reports with your internal tools more easily.
- Cost centre (optional): this is the cost centre of your company to which the employee is assigned. This field is designed for companies with large structures where financial cost control is required.
- Company (optional): name of the company to which you want to relate the employee to distinguish in the payroll report. This field can help you if, being the same company, you have different offices, for example in Madrid and Valencia, and you want to be able to distinguish the staff of one office from the other.
- Hiring date (*mandatory): you must enter the date on which the employee was hired. This field is necessary for the calculation of limits and restrictions in insurance products.
